All financing decisions including eligibility determination, credit assessment, loan approval or rejection, interest rate setting, and disbursement are made exclusively by the regulated financial institution to which an application is submitted. Aveka has no authority over these decisions.
Aveka shall not be liable for any financial loss, disputes, missed opportunities, or other consequences arising from financing decisions made by partner lenders, or from a student's reliance on information presented on this platform.
If you receive any communication claiming Aveka is your lender or demanding loan repayment on behalf of Aveka, contact us immediately at compliance@aveka.ai before responding. Aveka does not issue or collect on loans.
Artificial intelligence disclaimer
Aveka uses AI-assisted tools across several platform functions including lender matching, KYC verification support, and mock interview delivery. These AI tools generate recommendations, scores, and reports to assist workflow processes they do not constitute final decisions on any matter of financing, identity, or suitability.
Mock interview sessions are conducted by artificial intelligence, not human interviewers. AI-generated feedback is indicative only and does not constitute a formal assessment, admission recommendation, or visa opinion.

The Aveka website and platform may include links to third-party websites or display logos of partner universities, lenders, and service providers. Governing law
This Disclaimer and all matters relating to the Aveka platform are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically those of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through Aveka's grievance process is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
